Our Declaration.

Receiving a special gift box to celebrate a special occasion is exciting! Here at 8480 Gifts, shipping is an important part of your experience with us. We will always try to offer the best shipping price so our curated boxes arrive to your recipient in a safe and timely manner.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?  

Orders received will take 1-3 days to process. We ship using a variety of USPS options. Please note the estimated shipping time and pricing when you are checking out and select what works best for you. Shipping includes email notification when your gift box is leaving our distribution center and a tracking number will be provided. Please note orders received after 2:00 pm (EST) on any business day will begin processing the next business day.

No orders will be processed Saturday or Sunday or on the following holidays:

The box is a gift, do you include packing slips?

We understand your gift may be a special surprise so we have your back! We do not include any packing slips or receipts.

Where do we ship?

We can ship your curated box anywhere in the United States. We do not, at this time, offer shipping outside of the US.

If I need to change the shipping address but my order already shipped

We understand circumstances can change, unfortunately, once an order leaves our warehouse we cannot change the address. We ask our customers to check and then double-check the confirmation email after your order has been placed, as we can make changes to the shipping address prior to shipment!

What is the return policy?

All gift box sales are final. We don’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on items purchased once they ship. We greatly value our customers so if items in the box are damaged, we require a photo to be taken and shared with us so we may work with you to ensure your recipient receives a replacement gift box of the same value. What if the gift box was never delivered?

This would make us very sad! If there was an issue on our end (the box was never sent out) we take full responsibility and will assist you to make this right. If the box has an issue with shipping (stuck in transit, bad weather, etc.) then the issue falls on the shipping service. We will contact our shipping service and we recommend you contact them as well to expedite a solution.

If delivery was unsuccessful due to an incorrect address inputted at the time an order was placed, we’re unfortunately unable to provide a replacement or refund. However, if the box is returned to our warehouse we will be happy to provide a refund for the value of the box purchased.

The box was delivered, but my recipient never got it

A little hunt and seek is suggested, sometimes mail carriers place packages under bushes, a back door, or front yard. If tracking reflects an order has been delivered, but your recipient is unable to locate the package, reach out to hello@8480gifts.com and we will do everything in our power to locate your order. In this scenario the circumstances are out of our hands and can be attributed to many issues, including the package has been stolen or lost. We are unable to issue refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages. We suggest contacting the carrier and filing a claim and we will do the same on our end!

My order is delayed!

We do not want to disappoint! Unfortunately, there are circumstances out of our control including the COVID-19 pandemic, weather conditions, etc. Some packages may take longer than the 3 days Priority mail promises. We value our customers and want the experience with 8480 Gifts to be fantastic, so if your order still has not been delivered after 10 days, please reach out and we will be happy to take care of you! Do you offer a pick-up location?

Yes, we do offer in-store pick-up. This can be chosen during the check-out process once your order is placed. Instructions for in-store pick-up will be emailed to you. Notification will be emailed once the box (or boxes) are ready for you to pick them up!
